Broken Links Fixed

Microsoft recently notified office live small business users that they are going to charge $14 fee to the originally free domain in their free website service. My previous website www.kevinlan.com will be expired soon and the quoted link will be broken. For this particular reason, I migrated all the stored files (research paper, code) to the new space at the following link. Remeber this - QuantMinds.NET is still 100% non-for-profit, I am not MS at all!
